"Hi
Phil, I really enjoyed you new DVD! It's nicely done.
You can actually see what you're doing (not the case in some other
timming tapes),
and you explain it in a simple, easy to undestand way.
The safety tips are also very good - thee's a few things people
inexperienced
with power tools might not have thought of
I trim eight hoses and have started doing a few select friends'
horses and this
technique really looks like a time and back saver."

Hi Phil,
I finally had time to sit down and watch the new DVD, and it was excellent! It
has clear, straightforward instructions and helpful
hints for using the grinder and how to introduce it to my horses, as well as
addressing basic hoof anatomy and wholistic horse care to
maximize healthy hooves. WELL DONE! I am going to recommend it to anyone
interested in learning to trim barefoot.
After watching it, I feel confident that I can (and will) trim my horses' feet
from now on.
Thanks again for putting together such a clear, easy to
understand guide to hoof trimming with a grinder!
I'll send photos of the finished hooves soon.
Maureen
Hi Phil,
I watched your DVD just now...
I'm real pleased to hear you advocating 30 degree hairline slopes, low heels,
and ground-parallel coffin bones!
Although it is a bit long, it's well done. Covers a lot of good stuff. Shows
technique with the angle grinder well.

Hi Phil.
When I got home from work yesterday, much to my delight your
new DVD was in my mail box. I watched it all last night before I went to
bed, then got up early this morning and watched about half of it again.
This DVD is excellent! I really like how you have organized things, and how
you go step by step through things. It is really good with your captions
and summaries which you put on the screen to summarize what you have shown.
This DVD pretty much answered the questions I still had in my mind.
I have done a lot of reading and studying on the barefoot
trim over the past couple of years. I have Jamie Jackson's HOG book, his
trimming video, Pete Ramey's trimming book, a video from LaPierre on the
natural trim, your original DVD, I went to one of your clinics, plus I have
read every article on the internet I can find. With all of these, I have
still had a few questions, and have not quite been ready to jump into doing
the actual trim. However, after going over your new DVD, I am ready to give
it a try.
I
Again, I am very impressed with your new DVD. It is very
informative and puts the main points across in such a way that makes a lot
of sense. It is the best video or DVD that I have ever seen on the topic of
how to do the barefoot trim. I was very pleased with it. You out did
yourself on this one, it is an excellent piece of work, the best I have seen
on the topic!!!! Thanks for your efforts in putting this together, it is
the missing piece of the puzzle that I have been looking for.

"Just
wanted to say that I got my video today and this is totally too
cool!
I can't wait for the farrier to see it. This is going to be an
excellent way to
help out a horse that can only stand on three legs for a short
period. Thanks alot!"
Terri
"...we
got the Abrasive Hoof Trimming DVD and are very pleased."

"I found time to spend with the DVD and it's great!
It really helps. I can see now the angles of the disk
in relationship to the hoof. That is what had me the
most concerned. You did a fabulous job!
Thanks again."

"I got the DVD Saturday and my wife and I watched it
together. Very helpful, mainly in confirming what I thought
I had already figured out from my first two attempts.
(BTW, horse reaction was a total non-issue. So far, it seems
to me the horses tolerate the grinder better than the
rasp and knife). I'm sold

"Received my copy yesterday and skipped dinner to watch it
:-)
Excellent!! Thank you, Phil, for such good clear illustrations
of how to correctly use the grinder (especially the reminder to
pay attention
to the areas you're not supposed to be grinding!)
I'm actually going out to trim a bit again today... just for fun!
You couldn't have PAID me to say that a month ago!"
Cada (and Willowby and Sam, who apparently think
this is a good sport, too!)
"Yippee - just came from the mail box & there it was!
I already had a view of it & just know that I can do this.
I have a pretty good handle on what needs to be done to a hoof
needing a trim & could even see it on the hooves before
& agreed w/ the after. This is gonna be too cool &
save me a bunch of $$ long term, for sure. Thanks so much
for making this clinic on film available to the public.
Now, I will have to review it again & listen better
for the tips scattered about throughout the
individual hooves."

"Phil, I am thrilled with the DVD.
Thank you so much for producing it!"
"Thanks for the quick shipping - looked over it this morning.
This is a tool I believe will be helpful with practice."

"Hi Phil, I just wanted to say thank you for the DVD. I was
very surprised at how fast I got it and I enjoyed watching

Thank you again."
